Travel Chatter is a lightweight, travel translation and conversation aid, designed specifically to help travelers bridge language barriers quickly during real-world interactions abroad. Capture a phrase and translate it into any language. Hear it read aloud, practice using it the next time you meet someone new and get chatting like a local.
Built for travel, not for lessons
Most phrasebooks are full of generic phrases you never really need. Travel Chatter isn't - every phrase you add is one you choose. Type a phrase you want to learn in English and Travel Chatter translates it, or record the translation directly from a local. Edit it, pick a category, mark it as a favorite, and have it at hand whenever you need it.

Say it right
Every phrase can be spoken aloud with text-to-speech. Tap it again within a few seconds and it repeats more slowly, so you can actually catch the pronunciation before you try it on a local.
No lessons, no streaks
Switch to flash card mode to test yourself in either direction - English to your phrase, or your phrase to English - filtered by category, favorites, or whatever you haven't learnt yet. No daily reminders, no habit to keep alive.
